    My Asus laptop keeps shutting down unexpectedly and I don't know how to fix it


    Laptop: Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 2022 Windows version: 10.0.26100 Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 6900HS with Radeon GraphicsBIOS version: GA402RK.319, 6/6/2023All drivers updated, troubleshooting scan shows no issues. My laptop, usually when it's idle and not connected to a charger I say usually because this has happened even when it's idle AND connected to a charger will randomly restart. The most recent time it happened was today @ 8:03 AM however checking the reliability history notes that it shut down because windows wasn't properly shut down YESTERDAY at 10:48 PM when I went to bed and closed th

    Don´t let people going on speculating.... list your specs and follow the suggestions in this tread, about the "Event Viewer".... and be sure you´ll get the help you need....

    My Laptop keeps shutting down unexpectedly

    I have a dell laptop Inspiron 15 3000 series with AMD A6 7th Gen

    Windows 10

    It keeps on shutting down unexpectedly.

    i got this 2 months back and already it's hard drive has been changed once as it got corrupted

    I have told the same thing to the dell customer service but they are adamant that it is due to some heavy files that I open.

    I only use the laptop for making experiment on OpenSesame software and nothing else but still this thing keeps on happening
