Windows 10: My Asus Laptop probably does not shut down completely

Hi, Good dayI have a problem with my Asus TUF FX 507 zm Laptop, I think it does not completely turn off after i choose shut down. I checked battery report and it says my screen is on almost 24 hours! even though I didn't use my laptop for that long I'm using windows 11 , I've tried turning off fast startup, but the problem persists. Any idea why that happened? Thank you very much

Windows 10 is unable to complete shut down

We suggest doing these troubleshooting steps below:

Method 1. Hard Reset

• Shut down your computer.
• Remove the cable and wires connected to your computer.
• Press the Power button for 10 seconds to completely drain your device.
• Check if there's any changes.

Method 2. Shutdown trick.

• Press Windows key.
  
• Press and hold Shift.
• Click the Power icon.
• Select and click Shutdown.

Asus laptop - Bsod - Probably caused by - ntoskrnlmp.exe


I have an Asus laptop and since I upgraded to windows 10, I've been getting periodical shutdowns. I've received two Bsod's but most of the time, my laptop would fall asleep while I was using it. I ran chkdsk and everything checked out ok so I decided to run verifier to see if a driver was causing the issue. I made a restore point, then, I ran verifier. From that point, my pc would not boot up. So, I went into safe mode and disabled verifier and was once again able to gain access to my laptop. When I opened the minidump report, it said the probable cause was ntoskrnlmp.exe

I'm not sure what the next step is to resolve this.
