Windows 10: My ASUS TUF-F15 laptop has frequently been turning wifi on and off and I am at a loss as to...

My computer is running windows 11, and I have very recently done a fresh install of windows on my computer. Beyond that, I have made sure my Wifi card's drivers are up to date as well as uninstalled and reinstalled them fresh, I have troubleshooted with my cable company about my router and it seems to be in working order, and is up to date on its software. I have tried to dig into the more advanced settings but ultimately I don't understand what is causing this to begin with, and most of the solutions provided online echo the same thing, or are relevant to an older version of windows. Unable to see any option turn on WiFi on my Asus Tuf F15

I am unable to see any option or button to turn on WiFi on my laptop. Sometimes it's there and working fine, and sometimes it disappears. I have to restart my PC multiple times until the WiFi option appears again. I've tried all the necessary steps like reinstalling the driver, installing the latest version of the driver, resetting network settings, troubleshooting, and even factory resetting the PC, but this problem persists.



Please suggest a solution or provide insights into the possible causes of this problem. Avoid basic troubleshooting instructions as I have already attempted them all.

Manufacturer - ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC

Model - Asus Tuf Gaming F15

Model number - FX506LI

OS - Windows 11 Home

I have attached screenshot of the problem. When I restart my PC multiple time Wifi option appears sometime and wifi driver is also visible in device manager.

Have you tried installing the driver using the installer provided on the support page of the Asus website?

I noticed that the WiFi on this computer can be from MediaTek or Intel. So install both drivers and see if the adapter will work.

Asus Tuf Gaming F15 Wi-fi problem

I am not a very technical guy, but I had the same problem. I went to ASUS TUF Gaming F15｜Laptops For Gaming｜ASUS Global, picked my specific model - and downloaded the drivers related to network/wifi. It was called "MediaTek WLAN Driver" - after this the wifi cutouts stopped happening.

EDIT: This worked for a solid 24 hours before it reverted back to its old self. After this in the towel and have now reset my PC and it is working good so far.
