Windows 10: My Asus VivoBook N580VD with Windows 10 Home is still at 1903

I wonder why my Windows 10 Home running on an Asus VivoBook N580VD is still at 1903 version. Last november it didn't update to 1909 and now in Windows Update I read that May 2020 version "is coming".


I also checked for updates manually and nothing. So I downloaded Windows 10 Update Assistant, it detected that 2004 was available, downloaded, tried to install it but failed.


Is there anything I can do? Am I going to miss 2004 too as per 1909?

Windows 10 Pro license downgraded to Windows 10 Home ASUS VivoBook Pro 17 N705FD

Hi. I have ASUS VivoBook Pro 17 N705FD with licensed Windows 10 Pro installed on it. Unexpectedly it downgraded to Windows 10 Home with the message your Windows version is no longer supported and suggested updating to a supported version. After update
its turned to Windows 10 Home. I don't want Windows Home. How can I return to my Windows 10 Pro?

 

Asus N580VD slow internet speed

My Asus N580VD download speeds are only about 30 Mbps, I own two other Asus brand notebooks both are model UX501VW. Both of which are posting download speeds of 100 Mbps + and also a Dell 15-567 also posting downloads of just under 100 Mbps. I right clicked
Device Manager and uninstalled device under each device then rebooted the machine. I still posted slow results. I did a hard reset, press & held power button for 60 seconds. Powered up, went into BIOS, loaded default values, save & exit. Still the same thing.
I've only had this machine since the 6th of last month and it should be faster than this. Any suggestions plz & thanks... BTW I'm running Win 10 Home.
