Windows 10: My Asus’s computer access to my Lenovo’s computer drive has been disabled

My Asus’s computer access to my Lenovo’s computer drive has been disabled.It has been partially restored with Microsoft community support.I need more assistance to complete its restoration.

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?

computer not recognizing usb drive

I understand that you are unable to use USB drive on your computer. I’ll certainly assist you with this.



However, please let us know:

• Do you receive any error when connecting a USB drive?
  
• Does this issue occur only with one particular USB or with all the USB drives?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

Error: “USB Device not recognized” except for Method 1 and 2.
