Windows 10: my audio and video file is buffering even from local drive

[COLOR=rgba68, 74, 88, 1]I have some audio & video files that I often listen and watch to, which I play through Groove music which I have noticed frequent buffering and loading. From a song that supposes to last 4 mins end up lasting almost 5 mins and I couldn't enjoy the music at all due to the pausing every 3 second, this also applies to the video which I locally download and even if the video file isn't even that large the same buffering also occurs for them. I personally find this irritating and defeats the whole purpose of downloading any media locally, which some is to avoid buffering and to enjoy the content to its fullest quality;But when I copy the file into ssddownload folder and play the music, its not buffering and screen also not responding when I opening and closing a files or folders. It seems it's taking time to complete the process even for just after 4 or 5 clicks can you please address this issue and how could I fix it.[/COLOR]

You might experience some buffers in playing videos from your hard drive due to a corrupted file, a software conflict, or an incompatible graphics driver. For us to identify the root cause of this issue, kindly answer the questions below:

• What application are you using to play or open your video files?
• Have you made any software or hardware changes prior to this issue?
• What is the build number and version of your Windows?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Buffering audio and Video file that are locally downloaded

I download FLAC music files that I often listen to, which I play through Groove music which I have noticed frequent buffering and loading. From a song that supposes to last 4 mins end up lasting almost 5 mins and I couldn't enjoy the music at all due to
the pausing every 3 second, this also applies to the video which I locally download and even if the video file isn't even that large the same buffering also occurs for them. I personally find this irritating and defeats the whole purpose of downloading any
media locally, which some is to avoid buffering and to enjoy the content to its fullest quality; however, this prevents me from just watching the video let alone enjoy it, can you please address this issue and how could I fix it.
