Windows 10: my audio becomes distorted for my Bluetooth headphones when I launch some games.

at first I thought this issue was only for ea games since I only ever experienced the issue with games like battlefield 1 and 4 and plants vs zombies garden warfare 2, however the issue showed up while I was playing halo the master chief collection and destiny 2 and I feel I've tried everything. when the problem originally showed up the first time I found out about it was when I was playing battlefield 1, and then I could just disconnect my headphones and reconnect them to fix it, then when I was playing garden warfare 2 that didn't fix, I tried everything to fix it it felt like but it coul

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

 

Bluetooth Headset (not headphones) sound very distorted

I would like the assistance of this community in resolving my issue regarding the distorted sound coming from my bluetooth headset. I have JBL Tune 750BTNC bluetooth headphones which I want to use for video conferencing on zoom. Now I know that Windows
registers them as two separate devices, headphones and headset and I am pretty sure that I have to select the headset option in the zoom app.
Here's a picture of my Zoom audio settings. The problem I am facing is that the audio I hear from my headset(not headphones) is very distorted, distorted enough to make everything not
understandable. The headphones work fine when listening to music and watching videos.

When connecting headphones to Windows 10 the first time, they are not added as an audio device and appear under Other Devices. Headphones do not appear as an option in the Sound control panel. Going into Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers
and enabling all Bluetooth Services in the Properties of the Headphones in the Unspecified section makes them appear as an audio device.

Audio played through headphones (Chrome, Groove, iTunes) is choppy, intermittent, and distorted. There are popping or crackling sounds when audio is playing and when it isn't. Audio plays perfectly fine when connected to Pixel phone or Mac. No such issues on
those devices.

Steps take to resolve:

Set as default device

Disabled all background services

Rebooted / reset headphones

Cleared bluetooth device list from headphones

Removed headphones from bluetooth list of all devices

Unpaired and re-paired, only to PC

Restarted PC

Updated PC

Updated headphones

Ran Windows control panel troubleshooters





Is there any way to fix this problem?
