    Hi,My external Edifier system will only work when I select the interanl Targus speaker. They still sound fine but I then lose the ability to control L & R Audio. When I select the Edifier system, then my internal targus speaker plays and I have the option to adjust L & R audio but I only have the one speaker. How can I correct this issue so the audio setting appropriate for each device are enabled when that device is actually working?

    How to disable the internal speakers when connecting external speakers?

    The instructions for connecting headphones/external speakers inplies that the internal speakers in my HP Envy 23-d260qd computer will be disabled when the headphones/external speakers are connected. This is not the case - both the speakers and the
    headphones work together, thus defeating the purpose of headphones. There seems to be some suggestion that this problem has been caused by an update to Windows10. I have been connecting of headphones or external speakers and would mechanically disabled the
    internal speakers as happens with molst audio equipment. Any advice will be much appreciated.

    Laptop Internal Speakers Backwards

    Hello,

    I'm having issues with my Laptop internal speakers. It sound works normally except they are reversed. I hear the left in the right speaker and vice verse.

    What I've tried:

    Updating "Audio Inputs and Outputs" and "Sound, Video, and Game Controllers" drivers.

    Reinstalling "Audio Inputs and Outputs" and "Sound, Video, and Game Controllers" drivers.

    Applied Windows Update.

    Troubleshooting "Hardware & Sound".

    Computer Specs:

    Alienware 13 R2

    Windows 10 Home (64-bit).

    Intel Core i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz

    Intel Diplay Audio

    Realtek Audio
