Windows 10: My audio driver doesn't work.

This started around mid-May when i tried to get the keyboard functions back like screenshotting, opening settings etc. It did work but then my audio wont work. When i went to revert back the update my commands got disabled but got my audio back. I did try the 3 ways to fix it but they didnt work installing a new audio driver, uninstalling then auto reinstall and troubleshoot My audio driver is from Realtek. I don't know what else to do.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Audio doesn´t work aftter connecting headphones

Original Title: No audio

Sometimes when i want to use the headphones, i connect them to my computer and then the audio doesn´t work, so i need to restart my computer and the audio returns, so my question is, why this happen? i don´t want to restart my pc everytime that i need the
headphones.

I hope that someone can answer me

 

My touchpad drivers are missing and it doesn`t work

Hi Paloma, thanks for your help, I haven`t been able to solve the problem, I can`t try the first solution because when I enter to device manager, the driver doesn`t even appear, secondly I tried installing the driver that you gave me, but it didn`t work, and I also installed the manufacturer`s tool and tried scanning for missing drivers, but it said that all the new versions of the drivers were installed. I`m starting to think that maybe its a hardware issue, but I don`t think so, because when I first got this laptop it was working, and as soon as I updated the drivers, it stopped working
