Windows 10: My audio inputs and outputs is missing from my Device Manager

Discus and support My audio inputs and outputs is missing from my Device Manager in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; So today, the sound on my computer suddenly stopped working.     My audio inputs and outputs is missing from my Device Manager


    So today, the sound on my computer suddenly stopped working. I checked Device Manager and my audio inputs and outputs are missing. How do I get it back and fix my sound?

    No audio input or output devices found

    After the last update of Windows 10, no audio devices are listed

    Searching in the device manager: all audio devices say it works fine

    The sound setting says: no output or input devices were found.

    Hi , I bought a used device from a while and it showed many problems in it , I am stuck with the problem were suddenly the sound did not come out , I opened the device manager and uninstalled the audio input and output driver then did the scan for hardware change and it got connected ( I made sure to check it ) , but the sound still did not appear ,I assumed it may need to restart so I did but when the laptop rerun the device ( audio input output ) is not there ( in device manager ), I tried to see the hidden devices , scan hardware changes , checked the sound icon -> right click -> playback no audio devices are installed , I checked the sound settings and in the input, output there is no device found , I tried the troubleshoot but it was unable to identify the problem , someone suggested the system restore and I found no restore point .
    I think it was the sound , video and game controllers that made the sounding problem from the start but now I have other problem to solve .
    I believe I have to redownload the device and add it to device manager or find a way to make it show , can you please assist me in this problem .

    My audio inputs and outputs is missing from my Device Manager

    No Audio Input or Output Devices found

    After latest windows 10 update no audio devices are listed/

    Looking in device manager - the audio devices all say working OK

    But on bar at bottem of screen get speaker with red cross -- Playing audio - Audio trouble shouter cannot find any problems ..

    Sound settings say - No output or Input devices found.

    Have tried to re-install Realtek audio drivers for motherboard -- installed but no change
