Windows 10: My audio is cutting out and buzzing

Hello I just got a new pc and it’s fine when I’m playing in my own but when I play with my friends my audio will cut out and make a strange buzz noise I have tried buying a splitter because I am using a turtle beach headset but even with the splitter nothing had changed I plugged the splitter in and my built in headset mic has gone very quiet it’s really annoying me: some one pls help

Buzzing Sound in Background of Audio

Hello,

When my headphones are plugged into my laptop, there is a buzzing sound in the background of the audio. I know it’s not a problem with the headphones, because I tested it with my iPad and it worked perfectly. How do I stop this buzzing sound? Any suggestions
welcome.

 

PC Random very short freezes or stutters and audio buzzes or cuts

So I finally got around to testing it, It is still happening, it will buzz audio and stutter for a second and then sometimes my mic will cut out on discord and I wont be able to speak. I can hear but no input is being picked up until I un plug wireless receiver and plug back in. I have also cut off the usb power saving mode just in case it was that. But no luck
