Windows 10: My audio is distorted after unplugging amp/dac

So for context I have a soundblaster E1 amp/dac with all the drivers installed and I also a msi b450 tomahawk max motherboard with the basic audio drivers installedand also voicemeeter if that makes any difference Now I have my soundblaster E1 plugged into the front panel headphone jack and currently some apple earbuds plugged into the soundblaster since my good headphones brokeNow I have noticed a beeping sound or maybe a buzzing sound coming from my earbudsand with the help of voicemeeter I saw it probably wasn't coming from my PC audioso I assumed it was the E1now trying to test this all I

My Icon has distorted audio when voice mails are played and phone is on speaker. Volume is 20/30. Any suggestions?

This is where I'm at on my HP laptop with Windows 10 and the Anniversary update.

I completed step #3 "hardware and sound" but that took me to an option for "sound, speakers." There was no "properties" as step #4 suggests. I selected "sound, speakers" and then found "properties." After selecting "properties" there was no "enhancements
tab" as step #5 suggests.

Regardless, I then uninstalled the realtek audio driver. I noticed that when I did this without restarting my laptop that the sound was now tinny, but not distorted as it was previously. After restarting, the sound was again full, yet distorted.

Realtek still shows in my programs list, though it shows no memory is used.

What is the dac chip used in the Lumia 925? I can't find it anywhere. I want to know the snr and distortion of the dac used in this phone.
