Windows 10: my audio is making weird noises and i cant figure out why

there's a weird almost mouse like squeak coming from my output and i have no clue why, I've turned everything in my room off just to make sure it wasn't something i had on that the mic may have been playing through feedback and its not that so I'm completely lost

My microphone is not working. It just makes weird noise.

My microphone suddenly was not working 3 weeks ago and I couldn't fix it. I have tried to reinstall the driver (Realtek) / update my Windows / replug the microphone but none of them is working for me. It's just making a weird noise. I even bought a new mic but the same problem appeared. They are both with 3.5mm audio jack. I tried to plug it in my motherboard audio jack / PC case audio, still not working.

My OS is Windows 11

whenever I turn my computer on it makes this weird buzzing sound like it is about to explode in my face. I cant keep restarting my computer or it will break, and my hard drive died recently ( we got it fixed and it is making the noise), but this noise has
always been here since Day 1. What do I do. It's an Hp pavilion

Seems like the hardware issue, contact the hardware vendor, run the hardware diagnostics and get it fixed,

Alternatively, you can follow below:

1. Clean the fans: Clean the fans in the cooling pad, make sure they are free of dust and debris.
   
2. Tighten the screws: Make sure that the cooling pad is securely fastened and all screws are tightened.
   
3. Check the power supply: Make sure that the cooling pad is getting enough power.
   
4. Check the fan: Make sure the fan is working properly and not damaged.
   
5. Use a noise-cancelling pad: You can try using a noise-cancelling pad to reduce the noise.
