Windows 10: My audio is muffled when I am on a VC Voice Call and I dont know how to fix it. Windows 11

My mic is perfect, it doesn't have issues but when I am on calls, my audio turns to **** and I can't fix it, I tried going to my settings and going to audio to fix it and I don't know how, I've had this laptop since July 4th 2022, and the voice calls on it sound like ****, The audio is bad, when the person is talking its bad, and I have no idea how to fix it. If somebody is here to tell me how to fix it, I would be very thankful of them, and no, I am not wearing headphones/earbuds, it's the audio in general when I'm in calls, but when the audio is off the calls, ITS FINE, it only acts up on ca

Yes this only happens on this computer with windows 11.

i also tried the steps you provided but they did not fix the problem that i am facing.

it is not that the device disconnects fully, just the audio part stops working and it does not get listed/used as an audio device inside windows anymore. i dont know how to fix this but i hope somwone knows a workaround

 

Audio Muffle when in voice communication

Sign out from the current user account, restart the pc and login to the Admin account or the MSA to test if that helps with this issue.

Also suggest you to install any pending Windows updates on the pc to check if that helps.

Further, you may also boot the computer in a clean boot state and check the tool installation status. When you start Microsoft Windows, typically there are several programs that start automatically and run in the background that may interfere

Muffled headphone audio

Hi, I just bought a new set up and downloaded my games onto it. However, whenever i play games that requires microphone permissions, the game audio becomes muffled and makes the game unplayable (Every other app or device i use with the headphones works fine). I found out that disabling microphone permissions for the app makes the audio go back to normal but the few games requires me to use the voice chat sometimes so i can’t possibly turn it off. Anyone know why this happens and how to get rid of it? Help would be appreciated!!
