Windows 10: my audio keeps changing everytime someone talks when i call them

Discus and support my audio keeps changing everytime someone talks when i call them in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; this has been really annoying and it is refusing to change even though i have the do nothing option on in the communications tab....     Audio Enhancements Keep Disappearing

    I did what was suggested, but my model list looks different from the one shown in the tutorial provided.

    I chose the Realtek High Definition Audio, since that's the one I (think) I've selecting through my method mentioned in my original post. Can't tell yet if that's permanently fixed the issue, so I'll get back to this thread if anything's changed or not after a couple of days.

    Windows Audio doesnt work, everytime a restart is required to bring back the audio

    Hi Anthony,

    Thanks for providing suggestions. I have tried all the listed troubleshooting before I raise an question over here.

    None of the things helped....in few steps it makes Audio work(Only because of the Restart that is made) again if I shutdown my system and start back after couple of minutes/hours audio doesn't work.

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
