Windows 10: My audio keeps on disconnecting and whenever i reshutdown and reopen it connects again and...

My computer audio keeps on disconnecting, sometimes it doesn't but sometimes whenever I turn off the computer and then later open it, I can see that the audio is missing, it only comes back once I shut down the computer, and reset the computer doesn't work. Also sometimes it changes the audio device into an older version causing it to not make any sounds, my laptop is the Vostro 3400 which is pretty new, this issue started in November please help.

Xbox 360 controller keeps connecting/disconnecting

My xbox controller keeps connecting/disconnecting, I hear the audio notification from Windows 10 that it's connected then disconnected constantly. I'm trying to play rocket league but my controller keeps going on/off. I've tried different ports front and rear on my PC and disabling USB power saving and selective suspend settings. The controller itself is fine, I swapped with my brother, mine stays connected on his, his on mine has the same problem. Any ideas?

 

Audio Device Keeps Reconnecting and Disconnecting

Hey guys.. I just started having this problem with my computer where my audio device suddenly disconnects and then reconnects after a second repeatedly. Some times it disconnects and not connecting until i restart the machine. After restart works fine around 10 min and then again disconnects. This happens with my both headphone and speakers. But they work fine with other computers. When troubleshooting it says no audio device connected. Error happens in both rear and front audio ports

Tried Solutions

• Ran SFC scan
  
• Updating, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers
  
• Disabling power saving modes and set to maximum performance mode
