Windows 10: My Audio output stopped working after I reinstalled one of my processors.

Recently, I was able to stop random BSODs on my Windows 10 by reinstalling one of my processors, but after that is my audio stopped working. At first, it says there's no audio service so I resolved it by starting the "Windows Audio" from the services and have also set it to automatic... However, there's still no audio and it now says "no speakers or headphones are plugged in". I rechecked my sound settings and it says that the speaker is chosen as my output device, it means I plugged it in properly. Everytime I set the master volume up, it automatically sets back to zero. I've tried every step that was suggested, still getting no audio output device installed.

 

Computer's Audio Jacks Stopped Working

The audio jacks stopped working and it is not a hardware problem.

1. Multiple headsets do not get audio output from both of the audio jacks on the computer and the headsets are confirmed to be working, so it's the computer's problem.
2. The audio output through a DisplayPort monitor's audio jack and monitors' speakers still work, so the computer can still produce audio. The monitor's audio jack is not an option.
3. Both audio jacks stopped working at the same time despite only one being in use, so it's not hardware.

What is the problem and what is the solution?

 

Windows 10 no audio output

I had this same problem with the initial update to win 10, reinstalling the driver worked for me then. However, since the last security patch it has killed my rear output for audio, and reinstalling the drivers has not worked. I can get some audio output
from the front sound output, but not from the rear output. Any suggestions?
