Windows 10: My audio randomly cuts out while playing SOME games

I have a year old Arctis 5 headset and after u built a new pc i started having problems with audio in some games. Precisely R6, valorant, Apex Legends and nothing else. When my audio cuts out my screen freezes then goes normally until when the audio comes back about 10 seconds later. After my audio cuts out my and starts again i will hear everything normally but my mic wont work. To make my mic work i need to restart my pc and then it starts normally again. This glitch or bug happens to me in r6 every 30s or so but in other games it happens less often. In Apex legends the audio wont come back and I need to restart my pc. Note that this happens only with these pairs of headphones. I have tried uninstalling all the drivers an installing them back but to no avail. On my old pc this never happened

1) Is the issue confined with specific browser, when you say online audio and video is not working?

2) Is the issue is confined with play online audio/video or with system audio as well?

3) Which exact Windows troubleshooter you have run?



I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.



Step 1: If you have not performed audio troubleshooter then, I suggest you to perform audio troubleshooter.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the Search area on the taskbar and select
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Select Playing Audio under
  Sound and follow the on screen.
  

Step 2: Set Windows Audio services as manual.

Follow the below steps:

1) Press Windows key + r, type services.msc and hit Enter.

2) Check for the Windows Audio services.

3) Right click on the service and select Manual.

Game DVR randomly cutting out sound when recording

This issue doesn't just occur with games, it occurs with any kind of application that game DVR normally records, sound included. but whenever i record using game DVR, whether it's 'Record that' or just regular recording. it randomly cuts out sound in the
finished clip. i've troubleshooted, i've changed my audio device, but in the end, it still cuts audio.

This error occurs on both my Surface pro 4 and my desktop, most notable on my desktop.

 

Audio randomly cutting out

Can someone help me but for some odd reason for the past couple of days I've been experiencing audio cutting out(as shown Screen capture - 2eebf219956e244eabed33609ed374e3 - Gyazo )? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my audio driver to the point where
I even did a hard restart but the issue comes back with only one of my random applications randomly muting itself.
