Windows 10: My audio sounds off.

I make music, and my audio sounds off, making it difficult to make music. Basically, the bass is drowned out now, not just in my music but I listened to other songs and I also listened using these headphones on different devices and it sounded right. I think it has something to do with the fact that my Waves Maxx Audio Pro pop-up wasn't showing up on startup. I tried to fix this earlier, and someone online said to open RtkNGUI64.exe and go to jack information to enable audio pop-up dialog when device has been plugged in, and apparently that helped a bunch of people. My issue is that I can't open it. If I double-click RtkNGUI64.exe, it doesn't open. Any help would be highly appreciated.

No sound Audio

This issue might occur if some of the sound settings got corrupted.

I suggest you to try running audio troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the Search area on the taskbar and select
  Troubleshooting.

  Select Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Select Playing Audio under
  Sound and follow the on screen.

This issue can be due to several reasons. Let's get your audio and sound issue sorted, we suggest that you follow the steps provided below:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Control Panel in the search box.
• Select Sound.
• Go to Communications tab.
• Click Do nothing.
• Chose Apply and Ok.

Sound problem

We need to investigate further so that we can identify the cause of the issue. We suggest running the Troubleshooter and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• Type and select Troubleshooting on the Search bar/Cortana.
• Click Hardware and Sound.
• Select Playing Audio under Sound.
• Follow the steps that will be provided.

If the steps does not work. We suggest downloading a fresh copy of the audio driver from Realtek and see if it helps.
