    My Auto Archive won't turn off


    Hello,A few weeks ago emails older than 14 days disappeared on my email account. This is a huge concern for my work. I have followed the recommendations for other uses, of going to file, options, advanced to turn off auto archive BUT it was already unchecked?? I'm very confused as to why it started auto archiving on its own and I can't make it stop. Really need help please.
