Windows 10: My Azure Fundamentals Exam Certification is missing

My microsoft learn account details are as shown below. However my certification of AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals is missing.Candidate Name: Aadarsh Pranav SureshbabuCandidate ID: MS0996834029Registration ID: 482757319I completed the exam on July 10th, 2024.After completion of the exam it showed that I have passed but I never received any email about the same.It appeared in the microsoft learn website but now it does not show.

i took my azure fundamental certification exam via pearson vue on the 28/02/2023 and passed. Unfortunately i have been unable to see my certificate in my profile on microsoft learn. pls kindly assist me. certificate id is 994613432

Unable to get Azure fundamental az(900) certificate

I have completed azure fundamental az (900) exam on 4 may 2024 and I got mail congratulations for passing exam but when I signed in and checking in dashboard I am unable to find certificate.
