Windows 10: My background screen color changed from blue to red

My background screen color changed from blue to red last night while I was working online. I have rebooted my PC and called Apple Supports as I was logged in to ICloud though nothing helped and I was advised it might be a windows issues to connect with Microsoft. My PC is a Lenovo. I think I recall some message saying if I was shutting down my computer the apps are still running, I don't understand that and I don't understand what happened and how to get my screen back to normal. Please help.

Close all open windows, restart the computer once and then login to the computer to check if that helps.

change desktop background color

Hi,

To change the desktop background into a solid color, see the steps below:

• Right-click on the desktop, and select Personalize.
• Under Personalization, select Background.
• On the right pane, click on the drop-down menu for Background, and then select
  Solid color.
• Choose your preferred color and it should immediately make changes.
