Windows 10: My backup failed: 0x81000036

Hello! While I tried to restore my computer from backup, this error appeared:The system image restore failed.Error details: 0x81000036Can anyone help me out?

I did Step 1 OK.

Doing Step 2: Volume Shadow Copy is already running, but I have no SPP Notification Service in the list of services!

I just tried to backup, and it failed again!

Back in August when the Backup failed, someone told me about STARTING VSS. I did that then, and it appears to be running since then. He did not say anything about SPP. I replied to him, but he disappeared!

Windows 10 System Image Recovery Failed!(Error 0x81000036)

Hi,

A few months ago i got system image from Windows 10 Pro to external HDD. Nowadays i am trying to use that backup image on Windows 10 Education but i am keep getting this fail message: "The system image restore failed. Error details:
(0x81000036)". Can this difference between Windows 10 editions cause an error?
I have no clue why and what i am suppose to do. I am appreciated for any help.

UPDATE: Literally I don't know why but it started to restore by itself. I did nothing different. But it's still a problem and i'm glad to know why this was happened.
