Windows 10: My bank account has been wrongly billed

My bank account has been wrongly billed for a service I don't have

Billed my account wrongly

I am not sure, why but my creditcard was wronly billed, I might have registered it during testing phase but would like to remove that and get my money back. I was been charged with $110.24 this morning 10/17/2023 and would like to revert it back and stop that subscription which is charging my account.

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

• click on the "how to"
• click on "Support and troubleshooting "
• choose a category of "billing" then click on "contact us"
• You will be redirected to a new page and choose the chat option where you will connect quickly with a Windows Phone support agent who will assist you with the billing issue.
