Windows 10: My bank card has been hacked my Microsoft! What do I do?

My bank has two bank transactions that i didn’t make and when i log into my account i have no bank card connected to it and it says no payments made in the last three Mitch’s so I definitely wasn’t me my card as been hacked!

I have been hacked two times this months and changed my bank card. Almost $400 and my bank is not refunding my money. I need help ...these ppeaple ned to be stopped . I am a single mom and do not have alot. Please help

I would also suggest to coordinate with your bank to block those accounts that are being used to purchase xbox cards.

If your device was hacked, you need to have a clean install of Windows done. That's the first step, because everything on your system was compromised. That device shouldn't be connected to the internet, until you've had that done by a reputable tech shop.

I meant to post that at the beginning of my reply, then got distracted with card fraud. Up way too late. Sorry I didn't address that most important first step.
