    My battery is plugged in but the battery percentage won't increase. But it doesn't decrease...


    I noticed this because if i don't keep plugging it in, the battery percentage goes down faster than normal. And only when I paid attention, I knew that my laptop wasn't charging even though the device shows the charger as plugged in. I also looked for issues with the cable but there were none.
