    My battery is stuck at 99%?


    I updated my laptop to the latest update. and now my battery is stuck at 99% however i have been using it for many hours and it is not on charge. i just brought this laptop in January of 2024 from the Hp website. I dont see why this laptop has done this and the battery should not be damaged

    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Battery charging stuck at 99%

    Hi, I'm using surface laptop. And recently my battery charging gets stuck at 99% (05 mins to fully charge). I have tried troubleshooting, it said to have fixed all problems, but no improvement to the issue at hand. Please help, I'm afraid it will affect
    the battery life.
