Windows 10: My battery shows 81% available plugged in but it never goes up.

Please how do I fix that?

Battery goes from 81% to 11%

Hello, ok so this happened an hour ago. I was opening up the Minecraft launcher and my battery was at 81%. While the launcher is loading I get a notifcation saying my battery is low and battery saver is on. I check and see the battery is at 11%. I plug the charger and then unplug it, and it goes back to normal at 79%. What should I do?

Even after running the power troubleshooter,the condition remains same i.e. 33% battery plugged in not charging. Help to resolve the issue

I suggest to try performing the following troubleshooting steps:

1/ Use the battery charger that was included with your device.

2/ Check for available Windows updates if there's any.

3/ Try restarting your device with the cable/charger plugged in.

4/ Try performing a soft reset.
