How to Convert static citations to normal citations and link them with the master list

To convert Static citations to Normal citations in Office Word:

1. First, carefully examine your document to locate static citations. They often appear as plain text without any interactive features.
   
2. In Office Word, go to Reference tab > Citations & Bibliography group
   
3. Select each static citation. Use the Insert Citation or Convert Citation option. If prompted, choose the appropriate citation style. It should replace the static text with a properly formatted, dynamic citation.
   

To Link to Master List:

1. Create a bibliography or reference list at the end of your document.
   
2. Use the "Insert Bibliography" or "Update Citations and Bibliography" option.
   
3. It should automatically generate a list of cited sources, link to the in-text citations.
