Windows 10: my binnune model bw01 headset dongle when plugged in will flash for 3 seconds then the...

so i came home to my dongle turned off and no matter the port it flashes three times before turning off, ive tried all ports with other device, i updated them,uninstalled them, and updated my pc

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

Pocket PC Dongle with USB ports disabled?

What is the make and model# of your laptop?
With the Pocket PC plugged in, boot into Setup (Bios) go to the Boot Menu. If it lists the dongle, move it to First Boot Device. Save and Exit. It should boot off of the dongle.
