Windows 10: My bitloker recovery key doesn't work. What can I do now

Discus and support My bitloker recovery key doesn't work. What can I do now in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; My dell laptop was locked by bitlocker.     My bitloker recovery key doesn't work. What can I do now


    My dell laptop was locked by bitlocker. I have 3 recovery key in my Microsoft account. But that recovery keys are not working. So please advise me how I can open my laptop. I gave large number of documents in my harddisk . Drive D and E .

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
