Windows 10: My Blackmagic Decklink card seems to trigger BSOD ! I need help

Please let me understand what might be going on here. This is a Live Webinar multi-camera PC that cannot crash ! It is the first time it happened and it happened twice.This is a very stressful situation! Ntoskrnl crashes with black magic decklink duo 2

Hello. I have been fighting random BSODs with NTOSKRNL and MSCSS for weeks. Finally found a couple threads related to blackmagic cards. Uninstalled my Decklink Duo 2 and the problem has seemed to resolve. I saw one thread here where it seemed to be suggested to reinstall the drivers and card after uninstalling. I have tried that. And the problem returned. Any other ideas or suggestions? This is a deal breaker so I’m desperate. Never had an issue on my old system with Win10 and MSI mono. New system is Asus z790-f, ddr5, 13700k, rtx3060. I put an Intensity Pro 4k in its place and seems ok for now. Need my SDI ports back though. Thank you!

Since building my new system and installing Windows 11, my system experiences odd crashes during normal use. I've collected the dump files in the link above.

OS: Windows 11 Pro

Version: 10.0.22621

MB: ASRock Z690 Taichi

Processor: i9-13900K

RAM: 64GB DDR5

Graphics: GeForce RTX 3080 ti

Other Cards Installed: Blackmagic Decklink Quad 2

Blackmagic Decklink Quad HDMI

Elgato HD60 Pro

All drivers are up to date from manufacturers.

I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic which reported no errors.

Other note to help diagnose:

Before every BSOD, there are 2 separate Errors in my Event Viewer from "Application Popup". Event ID 56.

The first includes "ACPI 1"

The second includes "PCI 000000010100A3500"

Any advice and guidance is very appreciated.

After trying to create this trigger:

DECLARE
closed_in_jan EXCEPTION;

RAISE_APPLICATION_ERROR (-20101,We are closed in January.');



I get this error:

ORA-04073 column list not valid for this trigger type
Cause
A column list was specified for a non-update trigger type.

Action
Remove the column list.


I've tried researching but can't find out what a column list is!

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
