Windows 10: my bluetooth and audio is not working

I upgraded to the Asrock z590 pro4 motherboard not too long ago and now I can not hear anything as well as the Bluetooth option not even showing up and when I click add a device it says Turn on Bluetooth, I believe it has something to do with my drivers, any help would be appreciated. I also run windows 11. thank you

windows 10 Bluetooth audio problems

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Do you get any error message?

I suggest to use a different Bluetooth speaker and check if the same issue persists. Also try using the current speaker with different computer running Windows 10 and check. As you are getting Crackles or warning sound it might be an issue with hardware.
