Windows 10: my bluetooth controller isn't working as a controller

So I bought a controller called X3 controller and it connected but when I tried to play a game on it it doesn't work as a controller and it only works as a mouse and when I try to use it as a controller nothing works and I am trying to play counter strike global offensive so I know that the game sponsor controller so I tried to use the xbox app on pc to connect to my xbox one and it didn't work out well

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
