Windows 10: My bluetooth driver suddenly disconnect while only playing a long video

I have a weird problem with my laptop, the issue is : when I connect my AirPods 3 with my Acer laptop Bluetooth to use in a zoom meeting or any other online conference it works perfectly… But when I play any video by VLC or any other player after short time about 30 mins at most my Bluetooth driver suddenly disconnects and anything related to Bluetooth in my device turns off, and the issue is fixed by only unplugging the power supply and then restarting my laptop, but it keep happening again and again.What should I do? Bluetooth suddenly disconnects

Hi I was using wireless earphones on my Dell inspiron 5391, when they suddenly disconnected. When I went into settings the device was still listed as paired but it said "Bluetooth is turned off", the option to turn bluetooth on disappeared when my earphones disconnected. It is not in the action centre anymore or in settings. Any help would be appreciated. I cannot even seem to find my bluetooth drivers in device manager. All my other drivers are up to date aswell.

Issue:

Headphones connect to laptop, listed in bluetooth settings as connected for voice,music

If I don't start playing any sounds (music, youtube etc) in the next ~30 seconds after connecting, the headphones alert me that they have disconnected and reconnected, but now they list only voice connected. Same thing happens if I was listening to something and stop/pause it for too long.

They are no longer available in the audio output changer in task bar when this happens and any audio played goes through laptop main speakers.

The device manufacturer (3sixT) does not provide any drivers and they seem to use the standard bluetooth headphone drivers available on whatever system they are connected to.

These headphones connect without issues to my phone (android); issue only seems to be with my laptop.

Unable to find many discussions of similar issues, and those that I could used outdated advice / settings that no longer exist (one suggested something in power settings for the device under the device manager page, but that setting/tab doesn't appear for my device)

tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, rolling back drivers, making sure bluetooth service start automatically... Nothing seems to work

Any ideas how I can resolve this, so that my headphones can sit quetly for any amount of time without disconnecting / reconnecting without dropping the 'connected music' setting?

An outdated Bluetooth driver is one of the possible causes why it disconnects you unexpectedly.

To troubleshoot your concern, kindly follow these steps:

• Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter. Open Settings> Update & Security> Troubleshoot> Bluetooth> Run the troubleshooter.
• Run the Playing Audio troubleshooter. Open Settings> Update & Security> Troubleshoot> Playing Audio> Run the troubleshooter.
• Update the Bluetooth driver.Here's how:
  

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, select it from the list of results, and then expand Bluetooth in Device Manager.
• Press and hold (or right-click) the Bluetooth radio, then select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.

Note: The automated troubleshooter will try to identify and then resolve the issues that it finds.
