Windows 10: My Bluetooth ear buds stopped pairing with Windows 10 on my laptop

I usually don't seek help on here but I have tried everything under the sun to fix this.

I've had my laptop for about a year and my Bluetooth Plantronics ear buds for about the same time and never had a problem with them working together or pairing.

As of a few weeks ago windows 10 did an update and ever since then I cant connect the ear buds to my laptop.

They connect to my phone and other laptops fine but not mine anymore.

At first I thought it was the Bluetooth on the laptop but it connects fine to my keyboard and mouse and speaker also.

Sometimes when I try and pair the ear buds the earbuds come up on the discoverable page but after a while of the connecting stage it just says "we did not get a response from the device"......... Everything I have that's Bluetooth connects with each other but for some reason this is not possible anymore. I tried to uninstall updates but windows will only allow certain updates to be uninstalled. I am at the end of searching.

I can see online that other people have had the same problem but all their fixes that worked for them have not worked for me.

I hope someone can help me out.

bluetooth ear buds

Its not that simple. I have the wireless buds one goes in each ear. The phone will connect to one but when i try to connect to the other the first drops off only allowing my one bud to be connected at a time unlike the apple air pods.

 

Windows Bluetooth pairing problem

I purchased a set of JBL ear buds 3 weeks ago for personal listening of streamed movies and sporting events. I successfully paired the JBL ear buds and was able to listen to online streamed events. However, when I turned on my computer today, the ear buds
were not paired with the computer. In following my previous successful pairing of the ear buds, I went to the action center to find the Bluetooth link, but it was not there, now was it to be found in the Settings window for "Bluetooth & Devices". I have
no clue what happened to the Bluetooth link as it has disappeared from the Action Center and the Settings window. Can anyone tell me what happened to the Bluetooth link/connection so my computer can discover and pair my JBL ear buds.

no sound from my N11 Bluetooth ear buds

I purchased a Broadcom dongle adapter for my desktop and i purchased a set of N11 Bluetooth ear buds. When I first got them everything worked fine, then I stopped hearing sound from my ear buds. I have uninstalled everything and re-installed but nothing
works. Help!!
