Windows 10: my bluetooth headphones only work when i face a specific direction

i just got this computer up and running but my headphones only work when i face a specific direction all of my drivers are up to date and everything

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

 

Bluetooth not recognising headphones

Bluetooth on my PC recognises, pairs with and works with an ear piece headphone/mic.
Bluetooth on my Smartphone recognises, pairs with and works with an Ausdom headphone.
Therefore all hardware works.

However, PC Bluetooth will not recognise, let alone pair with, Ausdom headphone.

I have tried re-boots, turning Bluetooth on/off, uninstalling, re-loading drivers, etc. I have run out of ideas.

Any suggestions please?

 

Windows 10: Bluetooth Headphones Only "Work" When Facing Computer

So after a very frustrating time connecting my Sony MDR-XB950B1 headphones, I ran into something very odd. The sound only works when the receiver in the headphones is facing directly at my PC. If I shift my head slightly in any direction, the sound will cut out / fizzle out.

I have updated every possible driver I can think of. I'm assuming this has to do with a specific problem of the receiver and the Bluetooth hardware. Is it possible there's some strange interference I don't know about?

The headphones connect perfectly fine to my phone (I walked away from them in the other room), and my wireless mouse / keyboard to my PC work fine (I sit on a couch 8 feet away). I read something about USB ports and Routers affecting the signal but would it really be that noticeable
