Windows 10: My bluetooth headphones stuttering and voice crackling

when i connect my Bluetooth headphones to windows 11 and play any media then i suffer constantly voice crackling or voice stuttering when go to control panel and check events in properties section then i saw device not migrated and on seeing further information it shows -Device settings for BTHENUM\{0000110b-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_VID&000105d6_PID&000a\7&1709476d&0&950DFC1A58A1_C00000000 were not migrated from previous OS installation due to partial or ambiguous device match. Crackling/Stuttering Bluetooth HEadphones.

Ok, so every now and then, when I watch videos on youtube, my bluetooth headphones start stuttering, really horribly to the point where I cannot hear what is being said. I have tried turning bluetooth on and off. I connected my headphones to my phone and they worked fine, so it is an issue with the laptop's hardware or software. I have removed the pair of headphones, and spent 10 minutes each time, trying to get the computer to detect my headphone in pairing mode. I have also reset my headphones twice now, and troubleshooted multiple times to no avail. My headset was not always like this either. Literally yesterday, it was working fine on Youtube, with little to no stuttering.

This happens every now and then, and usually comes out of nowhere, leaving me confused and waiting for an extended period of time, especially when I open task manager to see what is happening.

I require some assistance, in terms of figuring out what the issue is, and how to solve it.

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

 

Bluetooth Headphones only connect to voice and music

Today my headphones started to only use voice and music, when yesterday [the day i got them] they did all noise. I have re paired the headphones to the computer, remove and re add them to the computer list, and remove the computer from the headphones bluetooth
list. Everytime I reconnect them they just say connected to voice and music.
