Hello1- All of my Bluetooth drivers are installed correctly on my laptop Dell Vostro 1510 and are up to date:2- My Bluetooth hardware is working correctly and I can send & receive files with it.3- My Bluetooth headset QCY-T13 is working correctly with my android phone.4- I have successfully added my headset to my Devices and Printers and it is shown as enabled.5- There is no problem with my sound hardware and my internal speakers & microphone are working correctly.5- Here is the problem: My headset is shown as disconnected in both Playback & Recording tabs of Sound options in C

Bluetooth headset shows as "disconnected" in playback device manager under Sound options

I have these brand new Bluetooth headphones and I'm not having luck getting sound through them from my Acer laptop. I have Windows 10 Operating system and have been wracking my tech savvy brain trying to resolve this.

The Bluetooth device is being recognized by the computer and installed correctly, however, under sound options the headset was shown as 'disconnected'. I'm guessing it has something to do with the driver(s) but not
sure.

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set.
