No sound as PC is connected to a bluetooth device.

• Select Start > Settings > Devices >

• Select the paired Bluetooth device that you want to remove > Remove device >
  Yes.

Hardware failure, incorrect setting or outdated Bluetooth driver are some of the reasons why you are having such an issue. For us to know more about your concern, kindly answer the following:

1. What device are you trying to connect to your PC?
2. Have you made any changes on your PC prior to the issue?
3. Are you getting any error messages?
4. Are you using a Bluetooth dongle?

As an initial troubleshooting step, try connecting your Bluetooth device to a mobile phone. If it is working properly, then we can say that your PC has an issue. I suggest that you visit the manufacturer's website to download the latest Bluetooth driver
for your PC.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc

Initially, we need to pair the device to show up in the list while connected through Bluetooth. Check with the below mentioned steps and see if it works.
