Windows 10: My Bluetooth is completely gone!

So the issue started occurring since yesterday. I tried various methods like restarting my Bluetooth Services, turning em on to automatic. I have also used driver updates, but they are all ticks. I have tried various apps. Even Windows Update doesn't want to give any Bluetooth updates. I have FACTORY Reset my computer just to fix the Blueooth but to no avail. I really need support. I went to the website, tried downloading those. The only signs of Bluetooth I saw was in my Services. There is no Bluetooth option even with hidden option allowed. I found like a couple of Bluetooth things in my dev

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Bluetooth button completely gone.

Hey. So I turned on my laptop this evening, I go to turn on my headphones (wireless), and the bluetooth on and off button is just completely gone. I've tried re-installing the driver or whatever, but it still doesn't work. Is there any way to fix it?
