Windows 10: MY BLUETOOTH IS MISSING!!

Namaskar!Hi, It's me BiRaj DhaKaL. A few days ago I shutdown my laptop and left connected my laptop with power. I do this usually but in the next day my laptops all USB ports stopped working. My Bluetooth of the laptop not showing in the windows. If I connect my mouse to my laptop it lights up for 2 second and goes off. This happened to every USB port HDMI, Ethernet, audio ports are working properly . I restart the computer and my mouse and keyboard started working but my Bluetooth is still Missing. Now I don’t know what could be the problem. I tried so many things told in YouTube and Goog

• Is your Bluetooth device currently inserted?
• Can we have a screenshot of the interface where your Bluetooth went missing?

• Which version or build of Windows device are you using? To know, press
  Windows + R to open the Run window. Type winver
  and press Enter. A new window will open showing the version and build number of your Windows device.
• What were the recent changes made on your computer before you experienced this issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Did you receive any error messages?

Bluetooth not existing after format of PC.

Hi,

If your Bluetooth hardware is missing after resetting your PC, this can be a result of a corrupted, outdated, or missing driver. As an initial step to get Bluetooth working, we suggest that you follow the steps provided on this

link. Click the drop-down arrow for the Bluetooth doesn't appear and there are no unknown devices listed in Device Manager section to view the appropriate steps.

Bluetooth not working

For us to properly isolate the issue with your Bluetooth, we would like to know the following:

• Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the error message?
• Have you tried installing the latest Bluetooth driver from the manufacturer's website?

As an initial troubleshooting to isolate the issue, we suggest that you try pairing your Android phone to your Bluetooth dongle. If it connects, there is a possibility that you missed some steps in paring your headphone to your dongle. If this is the case,
we suggest that you refer and check your headphone's manual for the proper setup/pairing, or contact your headphone's manufacturer.
