Windows 10: My bluetooth mouse is no longer being detected by my Windows 10 19xx laptop

My bluetooth mouse Mi portable Mouse model XMSB02MW, bluetooth LE4.0 is no longer being detected by my Windows 10 19xx laptop, while other bluetooth devices are still being paired without problems, and my mouse is still being paired to my phone and tablet.


I've tried several tricks, like deleting the mouse from the windows list of known bluetooth devices, or switch off the mouse for a while, or turn off bluetooth in my laptop for a while.


Perhaps the problem had started with a windows update. In any case, moving to Windows 10 20xx has not solved the problem.

Microsoft Designer Mouse not detected by laptop, even though other bluetooth devices do work, and this mouse works on other computers.

I bought the Designer Mouse. My laptop with Windows 10 does not even detect it. It's a Microsoft mouse so it has to be compatible. It works on another laptop which has windows 8.1. It even works on my android phone! Other devices appear on the list of
the laptop in question, for example my phone is there and connects without problems . Moreover, the laptop itself is detectable by other devices via Bluetooth.
Additionally, another Bluetooth mouse (dell) isn't detectable either. So it seems that this laptop is "allergic" to Bluetooth mice.

I looked into the Bluetooth drivers in the device manager and it says they are up to date.

The device manager lists Intel centrino wireless Bluetooth 3.0 + high speed adapter as the Bluetooth device

I'd be incredibly grateful for any suggestions. It's an Xmas gift for my sister and I really don't want to return it.

Post upgrade to Windows 10, my Computer no longer detects Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse

Post upgrade to Windows 10, my Computer no longer detects Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse. My computer is now useless, I don't have a wired keyboard and Mouse. I need immediate help in getting this issue resolved.

 

Windows 10 Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600 not being detected

I have a Dell XPS 14z and recently updated to Windows 10. I purchased the 3600 bluetooth mouse and it is not being detected by my laptop - the device is switched onto bluetooth mode with the blue light on the back flashing, and bluetooth on the laptop is
switched on.

I go to Settings, then Devices: Bluetooth, printers, mouse, then I click on Bluetooth on the left, and the laptop continues to search for bluetooth devices and never finds the mouse. It never finishes searching either, so I am wondering whether it just takes
a very long time? I have left it to search for at least 10/15 minutes though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
