Windows 10: my bluetooth neckband's mic not working

so i recently purchased a bluetooth adapter since my motherboard didnt have one and when i connected the neckband i have to my pc it successfully connected and audio started working finebut when i tried to use my inbuilt mic in neckband i saw that no voice was being catched i could see the name of neckband in microphone sectionimage attatched the same goes for a blutooth speaker i have and both of them have a mic but none of the mics were working i have tried tons of tutorials but got no improvement however the audio works fine i also tested my neckband and speakir in my smartphone the mic

• Volume buttons not working (can only pause and skip forward track)

Is there a adapter that I could buy to make them compatible with Lumia Phone?

 

Bluetooth output stops working when I enable mic

I have Windows 10 pro updated to latest version

I have a Bluetooth usb 5.0 adapter that I use to connect my Bluetooth neckband it's mic works properly on my Android. Whenever I try to use mic on Windows it stops any type of output sound and also mic doesn't work when I disable it gives output. Sometimes the dongle crashes also I have remove it plug it back in to get it appear again in Windows. So what's the problem is it with Dongle or Windows?

 

Bluetooth headset mic does not work with newly built PC

Recently built a PC with ASRock B550 ITX/ac motherboard. I am using a wireless bluetooth headphones (similar to airpods).

The sound is great, however, I am unable to record anything through the built-in mic.

System: Windows 10

Problem: Connect a bluetooth headset to the PC; The sound works; the mic doesn't work seemingly

Things I have tried:

1. Uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek sound drivers
   
2. uninstalling and reinstalling bluetooth drivers
   
3. Using the same headphones on a laptop - both sound and mic work as expected
   
4. Using another pair of bluetooth headphones on my desktop PC - same issue persists
   

Above are the main solutions I was able to find online, however, if anyone here has other suggestions, that would be great!
