    1. My keyboard and mouse set is run on a bluetooth basismicrosoft sculpt comfort desktop2. Both keyboard and mouse are connected to 'one' bluetooth dongle. 3. This is the current situation : 1 my keyboard is working right. 2 my mouse is turned on and showing a green light, and the bottom light is showing a blue light. but not working. 3 I recently had changed the batteries for the mouse. 4 Seems like my laptop and the mouse is connected the bluetooth center shows that Microsoft USB Dual Receiver Wireless Mouse is connected green. 5 When I connect my bluetooth dongle to the other compu

    Surface Precision Bluetooth Optical Mouse & Wireless Comfort Desktop 5050 Keyboard compatibility

    Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Desktop Keyboard/Mouse Mouse No Longer Works.

    I have multiple Windows 10 machines with the Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Desktop setup connected via USB. On two of them the mouse has stopped working even though the keyboard continues to work. I have installed the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center, replaced
    the batteries and hooked them up to other computers and they still don't work.

    Any help would be appreciated.
