Windows 10: My Bluetooth shows all devices as 'unknown' and cant connect to anyone of them

my bluetooth was working till 6 months ago after it the next day after i tried to connect to my bluetooth headset it didnt work and showed me " that didn't work. make sure your bluetooth device is still discoverable then try again" , now after i tried to reinstaill my drivers and i tried to connect it js shows devices with name " unknown" and i cant connect to it

Bluetooth not showing devices, won't connect new devices

I'm on Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2.

I'm on a laptop using the built-in Intel Wireless chip, which also comes with Bluetooth. I'm using one Bluetooth device - a headset, Jabra Evolve 65 - every day without issues.

Now I acquired another Bluetooth device - a game controller - and I cannot get the PC to detect it. My Android phone finds and connects to both the old headset and the new controller, so the peripheral devices shouldn't be at fault. After an extended online research, I found that something more fundamental is off with my Bluetooth - there seems to usually be a list of devices, both paired and "foreign, but detected", that is just missing from my interface.

I cannot be sure, but that list might just be missing ever since, I never paid attention. The Bluetooth on/off toggle works as intended, my headset disconnects and reconnects as expected. By the way, the "printer and devices" window is also empty, even though I do have a printer, mouse and keyboard up and running (and showing in device manager). The issues seem related, according to online searches. Windows Update is up to date and so is the Bluetooth driver, according to device manager. I removed every Bluetooth-related entry from device manager and restarted, they showed up again as per screenshot (automatically re-installed on restart, I reckon). I completed both an SFC scan and a DISM scan. I checked services.msc and both the Bluetooth and the printer spooler services are up and running. The issue persists. Any ideas?

• Do you receive any error code message while connecting to other device?
• How did you reinstalled the Bluetooth drivers?

• Click on View all from left side panel of the screen.
• Select Hardware and Devices, click on
  advanced option and check Apply repairs automatically
  option.
• Follow the on screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooting to complete.
• After troubleshooting is completed, check for the status, close the window and check if the changes are effective.

Method 2: Check whether the Bluetooth service is turned on. If its already turned on then suggest OP to Turn it off and restart it.

Use the following steps to turn your Bluetooth on or off:

• Click the Start
• Click Devices.
• Click Bluetooth.
• Move the Bluetooth toggle to the desired setting.
• Click the X in the top right corner to save the changes and close the settings window.

Method 3: I suggest you to uninstall the Bluetooth driver form the device manager and install the latest Bluetooth Drivers from manufacturer website.

X800 GTO2 = Unknown Device

I flashed the BIOS on my X800 GTO2 last night and it is listed in the Device Manager as an Unknown Device. Is this normal?
