Windows 10: My Bluetooth shows all devices as 'Unknown Devices' after updating and reinstalling all of...

Hey guys,


so today i was on my Windows 10 2004 build, when i tried to connect to one of my BT BlueTooth Device, it stated all as unknown devices. I kinda annoying as there's a dozen of unknown devices and i don't know which BT devices is mine. This issue has been in this community for several years already and yet, it's still not fixed. Can anyone help me please?

X800 GTO2 = Unknown Device

I flashed the BIOS on my X800 GTO2 last night and it is listed in the Device Manager as an Unknown Device. Is this normal?

 

Unknown device pops up in Device Manager when Bluetooth is turned on

I upgraded to the April 2018 update yesterday and then this issue showed up. Basically, when Bluetooth is turned on, an Unknown device pops up in Device Manager. However, when I turn Bluetooth off, it disappears (screenshots below).The information shows that it is a conflict with the Bluetooth drivers. Reinstalling Bluetooth drivers from the manufacturer's website led to no avail. Seems like Microsoft breaks more things than they can fix with every new update. Pathetic.

I am most grateful for your advice. It's looking like the Intel management engine device is the culprit, but I don't seem to be able to replace it.

When I went into device manager properties/Details/Hardware Ids for the unknown device I got this
ACPI\NTN0530

When I googled those, I didn't find much that made any sense to me, so I located, downloaded and ran as administrator the update for the Intel management engine device. I got this:

Oooops, sorry it is so small. What the error message says is that "the setup program failed to start one or more application processes. Setup will exit."

Where do you suggest I go from here? Can I get there from here?
