    Hi, i encountered some issue with my bluetooth? maybe. I want to connect my bluetooth speaker to my PC but when i connect it, it doesn't show in the Sound Setting where i can switch audio output. I've tried using my TWS and it work, it show in my Sound Setting but not with my bluetooth speaker. When i check the All sound devices and open the bluetooth speaker setting, the button that say "Allow" is unclickable and the volume is showing "x" i think that is the issue?, but when i searching everywhere on the internet i didn't get anything useful to solve my issue. Btw my bluetooth speaker is work

    If you right click, are you set to show both Disabled Devices and Disconnected Devices?...

    That shows the same choices as Sound - Playback. No Bluetooth devices.
    There is nothing wrong with the speaker - that connects without any difficulty to my phone for example.Also the Bluetooth dongle connects OK to the Skype camera, so that too is OK.
    Must be some setting on Windows 10.

    I'm having some trouble figuring out what to do here, my Bluetooth speaker wont connect and isn't even discoverable by my laptop. i want to connect my Bluetooth speaker to my laptop but when i go to Bluetooth settings my speaker does not show up on the list of devices. I have un-installed and re-installed the drivers, i've reset the Bluetooth driver management service and Bluetooth support services but still nothing is working, any help would be much appreciated.

    just in case you need to know the specs.
    speaker: Bush soundbar model-BSB02BT20
    laptop: Hp Elitebook 8470p running windows 10

    please help!
