Windows 10: My Bluetooth wifi card stops working when I restart my PC.

I recently installed a new wifi card to my pc that comes with Bluetooth. It is the Asus AX6000 wifi card. Whenever I restart my PC. My Bluetooth does not work anymore. The only way to fix it is to go to device manager, uninstall the hardware as well as the drivers, then scan for hardware changes then reinstall drivers. I have yet to find an actual fix for this issue and do not know what to do from here. I have updated my chipset, all my drivers, my windows version is up to date.

Bluetooth is not working — troubleshoot claims I don't even have it

I have done all the following steps:

- installed bluetooth driver from manufacturer
- hit windows update
- updated / uninstalled bluetooth items listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC
- updated / uninstalled USB drivers listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC (USB drivers automatically came back but not bluetooth)
- turned on and restarted all bluetooth support in services.msc
- conducted bluetooth troubleshooting
- conducted hardware troubleshooting

 

Installing Wifi Bluetooth combo card in laptop that has them separate

first step I did was whitelisting bios for wifi. also the old bluetooth works fine . i tested send and recieve even with card slot empty . however there is no particular spot that seems to have a removable device on the visible side of the board so to believe it's that bt device . and no I had to buy a ngff to pci-e converter . the wifi card work as expected .

 

Wifi card suddenly stops with no error

(note: restarting the laptop fixes this until it happens again) this is something that happens randomly, I'll be doing something (usually requiring internet) and all the sudden the wifi card disappears from the connections list. I cannot see why this happens and it seems to happen randomly with no pattern. Opening device manager to the wifi card says that it has an error code 14 and that I need to restart to fix it, if I go the the details tab under Status I get these messages

this is fixed by restarting but this happens 2-4 times a day and gets really annoying
