    Xiaomi Mi true wireless earphones air pro pair with my laptop but they do not function. Their device category is not recognised, it is paired as an unknown device and it does not appear as an audio device in sound settings consequently and cannot be chosen and used for sound output and input as such. I've already tried basic things like pairing, unpairing, made my laptop a discoverable device for bluetooth and updated bluetooth and sound drivers. I use windows 10 and my Laptop is Dell Inspiron 14 5410 2-in-1. The earphones are brand new and work perfectly with mobile. The laptop as well is 1,5

    Bluetooth connection with wireless earphones

    Hi,

    I have a wireless earphone which is Bluetooth enabled. I cannot pair/connect my device with my laptop.

    Can anyone help me please.

    Wireless Earphones Don't Give out Sound.

    A have an Acer swift 3 laptop (SF313-53), and recently i ran into an issue wherein my wireless bluetooth earphones (Portronics Harmonics Twins 33) can easily be connected through my laptop's bluetooth, but when i play any sort of audio on the laptop, it does not give out any sound (i connected the wireless earphones to an Android mobile and they are giving out sound properly). What could be the solution for this Problem? I tried to understand the problem a bit, and then found out that MAYBE my bluetooth drivers OR my sound drivers have MAYBE corrupted or they need an update. But i dont know how to update/fix either of them. And also MAYBE the stereo sound of the wireless earphones is not working, but the speakers are working. Also i tried to update the drivers through the Acer website, but maybe i messed something up and nothing happened even after that (Note that the wireless earphones give out the sound of "Power On", "Power Off", "Device Disconnected", When connected with the laptop). Please help me . I would be really thankful if you explain step by step how to fix this issue.
